Today's BH3 Run starts 4:30 men only. Location: Wat Sadet. Drive north along Viphavadee-Rangsit Road. At the ramp to Don Muang airport, zero your odometer. After 7.0km (before Future Park) take the left ramp onto the flyover. At 7.8km turn left onto Route 346 towards Pathum Thani.

At 10.0 km, take the flyover and follow the road as it veers to the right. At 13.5, turn right at the traffic lights (HHH sign), heading north to Wat Sadet (large blue sign) and at 14.3 cross underneath the expressway. At 16.9 you reach Wat Sadet. Follow the road to the left. At the fork after 17.4km go straight ahead and at 17.8 turn left. At 18.2km turn right, go over the bridge and immediately after this bridge turn left into Rim Suan restaurant (HHH)
