The Election Commission sub-committee investigating charges of electoral fraud has recommended that the Chart Thai and Matchimathipataya parties be dissolved.

Both parties are partners in the six-party ruling coalition.

The case must still go to the full Election Commission, and then to the Constitution Court. The EC is expected to pass its judgement on Thursday.
